This is a sequence that I perform with a PVC pipe prior to a weightlifting workout. Performing this regularly will help increase shoulder mobility.
After the above the sequence, I perform the Burgener Warm Up, shown below.
Note: Start with a PVC pipe or broomstick, eventually progress to performing this with an empty barbell.
